discotitzz Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Some of y’all are so irritating Whilst challenging one’s self artistically can be a good thing, the fact of the matter is that Taylor mainly deals with the intricacies of love. It is her ability to articulate the numerous, complex facets of love that make her music both enduring and universal. There is a reason she is a revered songwriter and y’all are not. A entire song about cocaine from America’s Sweetheart? Are you serious? Not only is the concept in sharp contrast to her meticulously crafted image, but it’s not really a topic she can tastefully navigate as a songwriter unless she was personally afflicted by the drug’s consequences. What is she going to do, write a song about getting a line in the bathroom and get cancelled for “glorifying” hard drugs? Chill out a bit
Taylor fanboy Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 She’s never gonna stop until she gets her Thinking Out Loud and Perfect huh?

By the Water Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 One day it's "reputation is more romantic than Lover", the next it's "we don't want romantic songs like Lover"
AaronBryceSufjan Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 imagine how she vanished from public and finished signing 180k photos for the albums
Jaspurr Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 The way y'all associate love songs with Lover is a bit messy tbh. invisible string is like the greatest love song of all time.

I could see them cooking up something like that together.
Taylor fanboy Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 If GOD is real, Snow On The Beach is a Lana Del Rey LOVE song imitation by Taylor. MAC, NFR, VB, Love song, Love, Y&B, Brooklyn Baby, Honeymoon etc. and not Lover. I’d take an Our Song 2.0 instead of Paper Rings N E TIME.
P!NK2LOVE Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 I thought y’all didn’t like the SOUND of Lover not the subject matter what’s wrong with LOVE? Y’all wanna be sad so much idgi… listen to folkmore! It’s right there!

I was wrong, everyone needs to buy more variants and bracelets, she needs a new bag That is the ugliest bag I have ever seen she used. Let’s hope it’s not an indication of Midnights as a complete body of work.
4Real Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 What's the point on stanning Taylor Swift if you hate love songs?
mistertsa Posted October 12, 2022 Posted October 12, 2022 Why does she look miserable on the album photoshoot if it’s an album about being in love Anyway Lana makes great love songs so hopefully it’ll sound more like her music than Lover

If this song serves anything from Chemtrails, it needs to be White Dress.

The only great thing they did together was End Game. I’m so glad he’s not on Midnights.

Dark jeans and your Nikes, look at you Oh, damn, never seen that color blue Just think of the fun things we could do 'Cause I liiiiiiikeee you Spoiler I like Delichart but Lover as a song is levels above Puta’s attempts at romance

The concept she first showed us made us feel like we would get more than just love song themes, and even tho we still in the open for the other songs it still valid these discussion. I, for one, am finding all these fun to read, it’s making my night
