Her word scrambles are TIRED tho. So easy. If she wants to do a game, she needs to come up with something new. (But personally I think she should just release track listing without a game.)

I can feel my excitement slowly fading as I'm returning to a state of normal excitement and not remaining in this sugar rush kind of obsession. I feel if we had already got the lead maybe I would only live for this album until Oct 21. I do think this is for the best and time will run faster once I stop checking this thread every 5 minutes because I wanna talk about the album

i think this is a smart release strategy. she knows that her fans WANT a lead single, and instead of giving it to them in advance, she knows, that they will MASS STREAM her music during every single big announcement, so she is GENEROUS and gives them ample amount of time to stream stream stream all of her old songs and make her lots of money, while they go down nostalgia lane, and then upon album release the EDGING will have gone on for so long that her fanbase will BUST with pleasure.

Do we know what the sound is going to be like?

I am not a Taylor stan, but I do enjoy her music and looking at the album covers and promo pics, they give me classy smooth electronic vibes.

I could definitely see her releasing something similar to Lorde and Disclosure "Magnets", (maybe even a bit less electronic and ofc an updated production), but I think this sound would suit her a lot and it'd be a nice step from Folklore and Evermore

We don't but to me the photoshoot screams 70s soft rock/folk pop rather than anything eletronic. I'm envisioning Stevie Nicks, Patti Smith, Joan Armstrading,

Probably not.

Was always a bit unlikely when she anounced the album without any sort of lead single / track name / anything in that direction and with each passing day it's getting less likely.
