Swiffers need to understand already that her eras start the day the album drops now. She will go all out that week with the promo and different shenanigans because she only cares about debut weeks then radio silence with the casual signed CDs drops until the tour starts.

I really don’t know if she will release a single. Folklore went really well for her and I’m sure she thinks so. I get it, too, because I’ve been disappointed by a lot of her singles in the past which has made me think a whole album will be bad. Dropping a whole album at once without a single removes that kind of negativity and doubt.

why can’t she just release a non polarizing random track as the lead single literally if it is just decent it will smash. i fear she’s traumatized for always having her lead singles dragged (especially with lovers rollout of ME!th and yntcd) and she had so much success with folklore/red tv not dropping anything but that was because she picked the most corny kidz bop songs off the album. I’m gonna be so on edge for the entire next month waiting for this album if we get nothing until october 21st

I don’t think she’s going back to radio friendly full pop lead singles. She’s probably going to release it the same week as the album so that it can debut at #1 with it and call it a day.
