On Goldderby they are saying the only way Calm Down can be eligible is to release a live version and a friend told me what they think the labels will do: 

 

Basically, Rema has a show in LA next Thursday Aug 17. Selena will go and perform the song with him and then on Aug 25 (which is a Friday btw) they will release the live version to celebrate the one year anniversary of the remix. The live version would make eligibiity period (it ends on September 15). 

The person on Goldderby said the live version would only be eligible for ROTY and either Pop Duo/Group Performance or African Performance though. And the video for Music Video since it was released this eligibiity period.

Also, the song has passed the projected cut off for Top 10 on the YE chart. The song won't fall below the top 10 which means Selena has gotten herself a top 10 Year End hit baby!

 

It is also predicted to climb to #5 next week and #4 the week after. Smash hit.

The UK charts credit Selena for the song on the Summer Songs chart and the afrobeats chart but not the main one. Lol

 

 

Super random since looking at the Afrobeats chart, the song first charted in Feb 2022, when the original came out so crediting her for a chart he entered first is dumb, considering the song didn't enter the main one until and thanks to the remix lol
