Get your asses to the polls and vote in this midterm election. They already have the courts. What has happened to women in this country is unfathomable, but it is just the beginning of we allow them to take Congress, and then the Presidency.

meaning make it officially law so the supreme court can't just vote to take it away/make it a state's issue

Basically it just means putting it in the lawbooks, meaning even if SCOTUS reversed the 2015 ruling in the future, it would still be legal under federal law. Sadly this has no chance of passing with Republicans in the Senate, though. This is why voting this year is crucial.
