VOSS Posted July 17, 2022 Posted July 17, 2022 I eat healthy foods and don’t eat a lot total. Combined with a moderate amount of exercise it’s not hard to be thin at all.

John Slayne Posted July 17, 2022 Posted July 17, 2022 eat smaller portions. i eat basically what i want and struggle to gain weight. i used to think it was all genetics when i was growing up and it is to some extent, but then when i see how much my friends cook and then eat for their meals... also try to cut out as many snacks as you can and eat fruit instead. drink water, soft drinks and alcohol are not just caloric bombs but they rot your teeth as well.
