I eat healthy foods and don’t eat a lot total. Combined with a moderate amount of exercise it’s not hard to be thin at all.

No more than 2 meals a day

Don't eat after dinner and don't drink your calories or drink things cold. Exercise.

eat smaller portions.

 

i eat basically what i want and struggle to gain weight. i used to think it was all genetics when i was growing up and it is to some extent, but then when i see how much my friends cook and then eat for their meals... also try to cut out as many snacks as you can and eat fruit instead. drink water, soft drinks and alcohol are not just caloric bombs but they rot your teeth as well.

partying every weekend!

 

also i don’t eat a lot, no particular reason i just have a small stomach and feel full fast.

- 1200calories a day max

- chew on ice when craving fatty food

- have an only water/tea day 1x week
