frenchyisback Posted July 3, 2022 Share Posted July 3, 2022 Good! The coal producer in West Virginia pollutes, but so does the electric battery producer in China. Those rare earth plants are a toxic dangerous mess. & the battery production process consumes a lot of energy. So if both are bad, I'd rather have US made energy. I don't think the EPA should be indirectly subsidizing Chinese Electric Battery by destroying US energy companies. Especially when the EPA is the reason why the US lost its monopole on rare earth productions in the 1st place.
