Freakshowvato
Almost everyone who debuted in 2000s/early to mid 2010s and reigned during that time, the digital era. Only prominent exceptions are Taylor Swift, Adele, Rihanna, and surprisingly Lana Del Rey. Not to say the other artists did not have streaming hits especially earlier on in the transition, AKA the late 2010s. But their power weaned with Tiktok and Spotify controlling the industry, and naturally everyone will lose some steam over time, if you give it enough time. edit; and Ariana Grande oops forget about legend Edited June 24, 2022 by Freakshowvato

Even if it barely missed the top 40, Radio still easily balanced it out to make it sound like a successful hit. She hasn't even had a solo top 40 hit since 2014 I think she could do better if her music was trendier in sound. Working with David Garcia / not co-writing with young buzzy Nashville songwriters isn’t helping her out either unfortunately.

It was cute for an album or two with David, but we need a Storyteller where she's with multiple producers.

Orsay
I mean, Gaga was literally in her flop era when streaming era started, but she bounced back and now has healthy enough streams. None of the 2010 MPGs are doing that bad with streams, except maybe Kesha?
Werbory
No one is mentiong her, but the obvious answer is Britney. IFPI started including streams in 2013, when Spotify started growing up, and that's when her career collapsed with Britney Jean. None of her albums reaching #1 on Billboard 200, none of her singles going top 10. She hasn't had a song with 300M streams on Spotify in a decade,... Scream & Shout was truly the last success she's seen in absolute.

Britney's chart power was already declining during the digital era but you probably already knew that considering how invested you seem in her career stats...
