Well at least Katy is still a big celeb and her hits are much much more iconic.

While Post just came and went and no one even notice.

weren't montley crü & orn big enough indications tho?

it was obvious he was fading

Post Malone's (the atrl member) obsession with Billie is so random, like why would a Post stan care about Billie at all? :deadbanana2:

I mean, yeah, it's a decline, but this album is significantly shorter than his first three and it didn't have hits before it came out.

my good sis was clearly trolling, but y'all took it too far and they had to turn into an actual OBillieH to cope with the constant hate

I blame ATRL!

What even. Post Malone's first 3 albums are definitely bigger than Katy's first 3 albums. Even this is going to end up bigger than Witness in the long run.

Are they though?

CSPC (Sales Updated 2019)

One of the Boys: 10.8M (+1.4K Daily)

Teenage Dream: 22.8M (+4.2K Daily)

Prism: 12.6M (+2K Daily)

TOTAL: 46.2M (+7.6K Daily)

CSPC (Sales Updated 2022)

Stoney: 10M (+2.8K Daily)

Beerbongs & Bentleys: 13.2M (+3.3K Daily)

Hollywood's Bleeding: 12.8M (+4.8K Daily)

TOTAL: 36M (+10.9K Daily)

At this rate, it would take Post's first three albums 3+ years to catch up to Katy's first three albums, which, although very possible, may not be in the cards for him if his career is indeed headed downwards. Time will tell though.

Post's sales are so consistent and all of the sudden he's a flop. GP is so scary with how they dispose someone so quickly :WAP:

His single motley crew a year or two ago was the beginning of the end. Not only was it so horrible , it flopped badly! That’s when it was obvious things were goin downhill got post

Posted

the album was ok, liked some songs a lot but it's not as instant album as the earlier ones. I wish he would release a rock album like the covers he has done, they are all great!

Posted

not awful but definitely a sharp decline from his last album, i think he'll be fine if any song off the album takes off

The excuses.

He used to be really popular, like what happened? The GP can be brutal.

The decline I predict he was doing arround 45 million :deadbanana2:

Wondering if Bad Bunny or Harry Styles could block him for #1 debut at Billboard

Posted

He will do 200k pure sales, he's fine

It would take 8.5 years to close a 10.2M gap with 3.300 daily :cm:

And I mean if Katy's numbers are from 2019 it would take even longer than that, no?!

Seems almost impossible, but yeah who knows which catalog will be more remember in 5-10 years
