It depends, you need to usually get an expensive chocolate ice cream for it to be good like Lindt or Ferrero. Pistachio is the supreme flavour though.

Only the bitter chocolate flavours are great, there's something about milky chocolate that doesn't work on ice cream. Maybe you spilled!

Because it's cold, bitter and does not taste like actual chocolate. Chocolate syrup is the only way when it comes to chocolate and ice cream
