To this day, 'Closer' charts frequently on the bottom end of the Global Spotify 200 and since 2018 (a couple years post-release) still moves an average of 1-2M units in the US per year

it really is bizarre how they pumped out hit after hit for a while only to bomb so quickly even while continuously putting out new music every year…

 

the fact their first album did over 200k and had an arena tour…now this

One of my friends is a sound engineer and worked with them on their albums. She said they are extremely disliked industry wide now and no pop girls want to get involved with them anymore.

Who told them to release album? its 2022.. no one is checking out for albums from edm acts.. just focus on quick lil singles.
