Being on those meds for so long + being 40  the chances of her carrying are low.. BUT anything is possible. I would say look into other options like surrogacy…

Yeah same, my sister is the same age as Britney and she went through the same thing within the first few months of pregnancy. It sucks, but it's known that getting pregnant after 40 is kinda risky
