The Meh: Gwen, Rihanna, Katy, Billie, Lorde and whoever that is before her. 

The good: Gaga, Taylor, Adele, Selena.

I was gonna ask how did it take so long for Madonna to get a Vogue cover considering her fame in the 80s but of course she was the one who broke the ceiling for pop girls in yet another area
