babyforlife Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 It will only going UP for the next days till the movie release (3 weeks to go…) OGHs are fuming already
Roberto Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 It's a decente start, considering the lack of playlisting and comparing it with other non-playlisting OST songs, posted in the OP. I'll be supporting, song is really good.

Except Gaga's career is based off the success of a previous OST, so you would think she would have success again this time around. But that's obviously not the case anymore. So she officially has nothing.

The day she releases some solo work that doesn't debut at #1 and stays like 3-4 weeks on charts, yes, that day she will bomb hard.

swissman Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 It's really as if both/all sides don't know how annoying it is to have to explain to people why certain factors don't add up to an instant hit... ...because those who have faced it, are making insinuations that this should be the case ...and those defending against it are acting like they've never made those same insinuations. ATRL needs to mature!

Worry about your fave and enjoy your WP for being Off-topic. ______________ yikes another bomb for Ga Ga but not really surprised since most of her music is bombing since 2013 Edited May 4, 2022 by Queenyoncee

Abracadabra Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 wow the way this backfired hard for OGH all that cockiness for us to find out HMH actually outstreamed their faves OST's the way they are now acting like they can't read

youkneekorn Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 It still is OUT of the the US and GLOBAL Top 200. Take this L And hope it’s a success soon.

How the hell did any of her albums bomb? Bombing would be Smile and Witness type of numbers - not even scrapping Gold "rely on soundtrack success" as if it's THAT easy to get a hit with a soundtrack Ariana, your own fave Taylor, Billie, Beyonce, Rihanna and many other major popstars tried over the last couple of years and ALL failed miserably.
Cruel Summer Posted May 4, 2022 Posted May 4, 2022 This kinda seems fine lol Still hoping for it to end up being a hit, bc it’s good!

That´s an increase by 46,8% I was wrong to group both releases into one calculation since they came in different quarters, as I was actually referencing the numbers as of July 2019 (Spirit's release) which was just after the completion of Q2 at 108 million users. After Q3 they had 113, and even if we say they gained those 5 million extra in the first weeks of July 2019, that is still a factor of 160% which makes the first day streams of that song just nearly at 1 million after considering user inflation. I don't think this is the best way to compare them, I'm just outlining how comparing flat numbers from years where the user base was significantly doesn't necessarily create the best conclusions.
