Alongoria13 Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 Madonna has the highest grossing female US Tour (MDNA Tour) until Taylor took over with 1989 tour iirc? Imagine having that at 54 and with 10 years of no airplay

But I may be wrong Madonna has a good catalogue overall (minus her last three albums) and she offers a show nonethless

Bang Up Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 Katy's #s are so embarrassing for someone with so many hits. Why aren't people running in droves to see her perform these so called "iconic" songs?!

She made songs that fit perfectly into the radio landscape, but no one was that interested in Katy Perry as an act or performer.
Diocles Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 Gaga is such a touring force See when you have real talent and a great discography?

dabunique Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 everyone saying Taylor or Bey will take over number one but u forget Madonna still can do stadiums LOL and we haven't even seen a farewell tour from her so no it'll be a good time before anyone takes over number one

We aren't ready tbh.
Alongoria13 Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 (edited) Madonna's record is clearly not safe anymore, mainly due to inflation. It's time to let go IMO. She might tour again but we have to see what Warner has under their sleeve to push her hard because her live reputation has been absolutely destroyed by her late starts and awful setlists if they want to market to younger generations that weren't exposed to her 00s repeak...I think that's going to be quite challenging. Mystic Boy Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 (edited) Very strong Top 5 Beyoncé Gaga Madonna , those Madame X numbers are insane, can't believe ATRL tried to drag it Pink Taylor numbers are out of this world, gotta give credit when it's due. Katy ,Britney and Rihanna numbers are tragic Wonder where Tina Turner without inflation would be placed as she's the original Queen of touring ? any information @chosensparkles? Madonno Posted April 27, 2022 Posted April 27, 2022 Amazing list But inflation MUST to be considered in this kind of lists. Is not the same to gross 60M in the 80s that nowadays, everyone knows that. Is basic.
