She has multiple big hits in SK, pretty sure she's also the only one with multiple 2 million selling singles (pure). Best Mistake was big there as well, plus Thank U, Next, Problem, Bang Bang.

Mystic Boy Posted April 25, 2022 Posted April 25, 2022 (edited) I remember that thread where Britney fans SWORE Beyoncé didnt have any impact and nobody cared about her in SK and that Britney was a million time more impactful Edited April 25, 2022 by Mystic Boy
Solaria Posted April 25, 2022 Posted April 25, 2022 I thought Swifties said Taylor was the biggest solo female artist, why is she not on top in one of the biggest countries in Asia?

Dangerous Woman - #20 Sweetener - #24 Thank U, Next - #30 I don't understand, are we picking the last studio albums or not? Plus who cares about peaks when Ariana is a huge pure seller and streaming force? Edited April 25, 2022 by ariananext

I wasn't shading Ariana, I was more so highlighting Taylor's incredible success in the country considering it's been dragged through this thread by her detractors. Taylor also has million sellers over there with the Red singles and if I recall correctly Reputation was the highest Western female debut of 2017. 1989 also debuted in the top ten, the only international album in 2014 to do so, and made the YEC for 4 years in a row. Both Taylor and Ariana have impressive stats there. Edited April 25, 2022 by KOMH

Both Taylor and Ariana have impressive stats there. Debut, debut, debut.. Why would you highlight that she did better than anybody else in a small thing if it wasn't to shade? It still doesn't make sense that you used everybody's last studio album and compared it to Taylor's second last. Why didn't you use Evermore?
