I think only willow would have been hurt by this rule change because the points were really close with Mariah that week and she did those willow elvira mix or whatever they were called that were sold on her website.

 

But she usually has high streaming so she will be fine obviously.

but they do need mass buying and streaming to go number one to chart and last time i checked, this thread is about how sales are counted, not tours.
