Nothing against radio payola at least when fans mass-buy they still consume it while you can’t escape from radio.

I'd say this shouldn't apply on first week, let labels milk fans dry. BTS and others will still debut at #1 so this will mostly affect artists with smaller fan bases. 

 

Great that they won't be able to have a 10-week #1 that no one has heard, though.
