They only have 6 minutes left, not enough for a good rebuttal, but enough to emphasize the strongest point Rottenborn made that they only need to find believable one instance and one type of abuse for her statements to be true and thus not defamatory and that she has the right to free speech.

Also, not Elaine admitting the reason Amber is suing for 100 million is only to clap back at Johnny for double his 50 million.

Rottenborn did such a good job  also both Amber’s attorneys did not read like it was a discourse and most of the time they keep looking at the jury.

In my opinion:

 

-Amber is not winning her countersuit. I'm confident on this.

-However, I don't think Johnny is going to win this defamation suit either.

 

-Rottenborn made excellent points based on the law when it comes to defamation.

 

As for Elaine... I would never hire her.

Rottenborn should've done the whole thing lol, this case is way over Elaine's head, she's probably a good lawyer defending cases in Nebraska or something, but there is a greater level of finesse expected from this. But somehow she's still more likeable than Camille and maybe the previous testimonies and evidence will persuade the jurors to see the damage Amber suffered.

The desperate rehabilitation attempt by Johhny is so disgusting and the fact that it worked is even worse. I seriously think trials like this should never be televised.

You can tell Johnny’s team practiced their time management cause Camille went exactly an hour and Ben went just under 30 mins. 
Rottenborn did an excellent job on arguing the law but the Elaine Train came and ruined it all by time and foundation he laid.
