One of the law tube lawyers that's been in the court house for a couple weeks has been reading the jury and said they HATE when Elaine is up based on body language. Even one juror almost fell asleep a couple weeks ago when she was rambling on.

It really should have ended when Rottenborn was talking about victims not being believed cause they don't have multiple pictures. That was a strong ending and then he kept on and here goes Elaine...
