Incredibly sad that his kids have had to live through this. I hope Lily-Rose can manage to have a good Birthday today.

They didn't have to, sweetie. Depp was the one who sued Amber. And even after losing the trial against The Sun in the UK he didn't back out, because he's incapable of ever admitting to his own flaws. It's always someone else's fault. And his children are collateral damage in his vendetta.

The only sad part about it is Deppsters bullying Lily for not defending him on social media and the fact that she has to listen to people calling her father, who let her live with a pedo when she was a kid,  a saint. :rip:

Pretend Johnny is a victim of domestic violence all you want, but it’s a literal fact that Amber is the one getting bullied online.

Wow. Will have to look into this. Wasn't aware of this but I can't say I'm surprised.

The teamwork, camaraderie and advocacy this team has displayed for one another and for their client, is incredible.

Their work will be in law history books and lectures.

How much longer is this going to go on? Ready for Debt to lose even more money and fade away into obscurity again.

I feel sorry for Whitney tbh. She looked very nervous when Johnny was recalling how Amber was abusive towards her . And when witnesses said she was always being abused and yelled at. I hope she'll work past this trauma.

On another serious note , watching this trial makes me sad at times . I mean she ruined his career and now she's lost her Aquaman spot . They Obviously hate each other and wanted to tear each other apart , but at what cost? Neither has the respect now. And the whole world is watching this as a reality show.

I also genuinely feel for her.

It is depressing and was all completely unnecessary, as several actions could've been taken to avoid getting to this stage for the both of them. Hopefully it serves as a sobering, enlightening & learning experience for them to become better versions of themselves. A chance to reset and renew, rather than a dead end, and they move on to write better chapters in their individual lives.

Don't read too much into that — that's partly just speculation. There cases in the past where juries were reported to allegedly show sympathy for one side but in the end deliver a verdict that favoured the other side.

In other words reading faces is not an exact science — if it was, body language experts would have been millionaires.

This is a very strong argument by Rottenborn.

I'm sorry, but they shouldn't call Elaine if she's disliked by the jury. Rottenborn's tone and pacing is much more effective.

Mr. Rottenborn is making several points :chick1: getting back to what the jury is here for

Yeah and i felt for Elaine at times too. Looking lost and literally saying " im trying ... Im trying" knowing she had no case . She looked very down. I hope this won't affect her professionally in the future.

It's difficult for them to move on from this. She really thought she could sway the entire world against him and went for blood. He did the same now and got his. Karma truly got her because she's the MAIN villain here. She's going to have to live with that and i still feel for her too (secretly) because she seems to be suffering from serious mental illness and insecurities.

Whoever "wins" this trial won't actually "win" per say. Damage is done. They're both tainted. I think the only winner is queen Camille . Such an incredible woman.

Ben Rottenborn is already doing so much better than Camille. He doesn't sound rehearsed or robotic; he's looking at the jurors most of the time; his demeanor is calm and collected; he's focusing on the issues at hand and what they jury has to decide.

Her career will still be over and he has the public's goodwill.

Which one do you think the studios might hire first? The Aquaman girl that will have her role reduced or Johnny Depp?

That has nothing whatsoever to do with what I just said, but go off, I suppose.

Yep, this is good.

Camille was doing her usual - trying to distract and appeal to the TikTok crowd in the gallery.

Rottenborn is doing incredibly well to reorient the jury to what is expected of them.

I agree about Elaine, she's a highly accomplished lawyer in her own right with a lot of experience behind her and I don't doubt she was trying her best. As much as she was a kii and made some very questionable decisions - she was ultimately working at the behest of her client's wishes, and it's a very different atmosphere than most lawyers are ever exposed to. I hope it isn't taken as an indication of her credibility or prowess in her field.

Rottenborn is doing amazing tbh

I think Rottenborn is doing a great job by appealing to the First Amendment right to free speech. If they decide that even not naming a person, or any specific incidents or events, is defamatory by implication, it'll set a dangerous precedent that will weaken a person's right to free speech.

This man is well spoken and had good points. But sir you can't deny the TIMING of the article. It was intended to be published at a much smaller stake magazine. But was picked up because of Depp's association. Everything was calculated and you cannot deny nor prove otherwise.

Naomi Campbell supporting Johnny Depp. Not surprised though. That woman knows a thing or two about assault trials.
