Yeah because you’re removing literally the entire context. Her story has always been that anything done to Depp was reactionary either in her defense or her sisters, you just call it bias because then you don’t have to think about the actual details and you can put a nice little bow on top. She was saying “after what you’ve done and I’ve done something back in response *you’re* the one that’s gonna try and say you were the victim of this?”

She literally says “I did *start* a physical fight” and confirms that she hit Johnny and that he’s a “******* baby” that he called Travis to remove him from the situation.

The context (that she agrees to) is that she started a physical fight, and calls Johnny a baby for removing himself.

She admits she started it. She admits Johnny didn’t retaliate. She admits Johnny instead removed himself from the situation.

She’s on tape verbally abusing and gaslighting him.

Sorry but I’m not removing any context.

This is a defamation case regarding an op-ed the defendant wrote regarding sexual abuse

What are you even talking about??????????!!!!!!!!!!

There was no mention of abuse at all until she disclosed it as a witness in the UK trial, but it remained confidential. It was only this year that she talked about her sexual abuse openly. Are you sure we read the same op-ed?

Also, why are the Amber fans ignoring the fact she’s gone back on so many things?

she originally stated she was hiding in the bathroom, but it becomes clear when audio is played it was Johnny hiding. If she can twist one story round like that, god knows what context she misses from other stories.

It’s literally the title of her op-ed.

Honestly Ambers lawyers are terrible. Almost all of witness’ have said they didn’t see marks on her and everyone has said they never witnessed Depp be physically abusive. The failed redirect yesterday will have damaged the perception from the jury too. They need to get it together.

I mean if Amber wasn’t on tape saying she started a physical fight with him and mocking him because he called a friend to remove him from the situation, she would be treated like Depp is now.

The only thing Depp has against him now is her accounts and a few people claiming they saw X, Y and Z. Which of course, can’t be dismissed.

BUT it’s not on recording or any tangible evidence to *prove* he did what people claim he did.

While there *is* evidence that Amber started a physical fight with Johnny, because she confirms it. And she also mocks him for not retaliating and instead leaving her.

It also doesn’t help that she confirms Johnny didn’t retaliate and instead left after she was physically violent. Which paints a picture that he’s not abusive in return.

However, that’s not *proof* he isn’t in general; but there’s proof he wasn’t in that instance.

So it paints a picture of how she is behind closed door vs how she is. And it’s not a good look for her.

Not Elaine back doing the direct. :rip:

This is a defamation battle correct?
Johnny can’t win based on blaming Amber for ruining his career. :rip:

I’m pretty sure it was known he was unhinged for years now.  It’s clear that both were very abuse to one another…based on that Amber can come out just fine.

Yes, his team is not really trying to win(cause the chances are very low), but to destroy her reputation as much as possible(as if there is any left:skull:), so she doesn't have a chance of having an acting career or anything else in the future. Just showing her in the worst light and making him a saint.

Heard getting destroyed by Camille Vasquez after two days on the stand. Heard is toast. Vasquez is an intelligent, professional, formidable, no nonsense attorney. She was having none of it from Heard. Came at Heard with evidence every time Heard told a lie. No mercy on this demented sociopath. Heard should definitely be charged for repeatedly committing perjury on the stand. Also, hearing her on audio insulting, and belittling Johnny while cackling like an evil villain in a Disney movie was the icing on the cake. What a complete mad psycho.

I'm always annoyed by the fact that she never answers to the lawyer but to the jury/judge.

You can also see psycho Amber's manipulative power over her friends

No they're not — they just have no case.

Lawyers can only do the best with the facts in front of them.

They aren't alchemists so can't turn a turd into gold.

In fact they are working extremely hard — I mean that muppet said "objection" so many times that he even forgot who was asking the question. That's dedication, that's hard work. So you can't say they aren't trying their best.

I’m sorry but literally going “I’m trying I’m trying” and acting as unprofessional as they have leads me to believe they’re terrible.

I do appreciate they have no case and she’s clearly a horror to have as a client, though. Clearly doesn’t help.

The ethics of this case are kinda crazy. I’d be worried if I was Amber’s family

Camille is a talented lawyer but something tells me she didn’t get into law to help the less fortunate… :toofunny2:  She is vicious!!!!

The fact that she is willing to destroy the opponent at all cost is scary! Like some of the evidence to me seemed out of place and the assumption she made about a women’s career and personal experience with domestic abuse rubbed me the wrong way! But hey sadly that’s kinda her job.

The way people are treating this like a football game despite displaying a shocking level of illiteracy when refusing to acknowledge that Depp is going to lose. :skull:

"The point isn't to win the trial!!!"

*2 seconds later*

"His lawyer is slaying!!!"
