Where is the snot, the phlegm, the flood of tears a body naturally triggers when someone is crying that hard for that long? The biggest tell is how clear her nasal passages are throughout the performance. Her voice is perfectly clear, not contested as happens with natural sobbing. She’s not a good actor.

 

I’m not a Johnny Depp fan, but anyone with eyes and the ability to recognize bullshit saw her testimony for what it was, bad acting.

The fact that some people are 100% convinced she's lying and he's a saint and never touched her when a COURT OF LAW and THREE judges (Mr Justice Nicols and the two judges from the Court of Appeals who examined the entire case) agreed he was abusive towards her many times and that he was given a fair trial, which he lost... It's honestly the most blatant case of post-truth I've ever seen. 

 

FOR ALL THE USER WHO DOUBT AMBER: Even if there's a 1% chance she's telling the truth, don't you feel awful thinking that you could be attacking a victim of abuse and rape? That's the reason why I don't go hard on Depp. Because even if there's a small chance he's telling the truth and he never hit her, I have to take that into account and stop myself from, intentionally or unintentionally, attacking a possible victim.

He can laugh; he can look at her, not look at her; he can use his time to color pictures and pass them to his lawyer, and he's celebrated for it. His pictures are never questioned, even though the metadata of one of the pictures he used in the UK trial showed he was lying about the moment in which the picture was taken. The double standards are bizarre...

There’s a big difference in “studying” psychology and being a practicing expert.

I’m not the one “investigating”. I didn’t post the image of a single tear to prove her sobbing was real. I’m just pointing out it’s fake. She’s fake sobbing. 
I’m not commenting on the evidence or the case. Both Johnny and Amber are obviously very broken people. 
But what is true is that her sobbing was terrible acting. Your body drains tears through your nose when you sob that hard, causing it to be stuffed/runny and creating the classic congested voice of someone crying this hard. 
You can support her testimony and still be able to call out clear bullshit. Don’t deny reality to fit into your wider narrative.

This is not a criminal trial. No one would be found "guilty." This is a civil trial. If she's found liable, she'd have to pay for damages (whatever the court determines). She filed for a countersuit, so this would continue in the future and if he's found liable after that trial, he'd have to pay her.

 

Also, the lack SELF-AWARENESS of your comment when DEPP HAS ALREADY BEEN FOUND TO HAVE ABUSED HEARD IN A COURT OF LAW, and here you are defending a WIFE-BEATER (as the law determined it wasn't defamatory to call him WIFE-BEATER).

I’m not defending anyone. Just pointing out how bad Amber’s case has been so far. 
 

Lawyers break or make you, and she has the worst lawyers. And her whole case is badly prepared. 
 

I stand by my first post in this thread: that this seems like a regular toxic relationship, but with two celebs involved. And the reason why I’m even involved in this, is because of the last part. I don’t care about either of them, to be honest. But this shouldn’t have been broadcasted live.
