abrahamjmr Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 Katy didn’t have a #1 single and couldn’t even crack 1M copies pure nor the numbers 30 has gotten so far in SPS during her decline. Stop the clownery.
allforyou Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 Easy on Me spent 10 weeks at #1 how is that a decline?

truthteller Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 (edited) Katy Perry is 100% committed to her gigs - vegas, tv show, cruise ship deal. Edited April 17, 2022 by truthteller
aesthetic bih Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 No one beats Katy's decline for me. It's just way way too sudden. Adele's decline is going to be gradual but it's obvious it is going on now and would continue until she finds a way to re-invent without losing her appeal..
Mariano Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 (edited) I'm glad we're already pass Adele's "decline" or whatever. Once she starts to experiment more and collaborate with cool artists, it's over for ATRL It was obvious that Adele didn't know who to please with 30, she had people that were waiting for the same music as before and she had people that wanted her to switch it up. 30 is a great album, but it's neither of the 2. Diocles Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 (edited) NRO alone is bigger than 30. Edited April 17, 2022 by Diocles
Bloodflowers. Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 If 30 makes Adele the next Katy, what does that make Chromatica and Love For Sale then? The next Camila?

BOOMBAYAH Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 More like the new Mariah. I feel like 30 is going to be her Glitter (still preformed will, but since it underperformed people are labelling it a “flop”), now we need her Emancipation of Mimi.

Jay07 Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 No because Katy always seemed committed to her career. Adele has all this success and she doesn't seem to care.
mikeyace16 Posted April 17, 2022 Posted April 17, 2022 Except Katy would never make an album as terrible as 30 (or 25 for that matter)?
