Anyway I’d say OOTB. It has songs like Ur So Gay and I Kissed A Girl, along with a very late 00s pop-rock sound. The Fame hasn’t aged well either, but nothing on OOTB is as timeless as Paprazzi.

Hard Candy is the same sound Pharrell has done multiple times since... it's kinda timeless except for the timbaland tracks.

 

The EDM sound from the fame tho ... that's it. That's the one

it's April 2022 and ATRL still doesn't know the meaning of the word "dated"

 

The term is used for an album released for example this year and it sounds like an album from 2012. That makes it dated. 

 

ATRL is always claiming this for The Fame when it reality it sounded so fresh back in 2008 and it set so many trends, that doesn't make it dated, it makes it a trendsetter and an iconic album

I could actually see Olivia Rodrigo releasing something sonically similar to I Kissed a Girl, Ur So Gay, and Hot N Cold tbh. I could see Billie on a Ur So Gay type of sound too.

 

Also I still think Just Dance has one of Gaga’s best in studio vocal delivery. Her voice/tone sounds so good in that track.

An album is more than its sonic components. A huge part of what makes something “timeless” or not is it’s message and lyrical content.

The Fame is still excellent and one of the best albums of all time. OOTB and HC have their flaws but overall they're actually quite good
