Donquizote Posted December 5, 2022 Posted December 5, 2022 Legend Blanchett is taking it. We love to see it
kandicha Posted December 5, 2022 Posted December 5, 2022 i never watch these but i will be tuning in for the Cate x Michelle pairing... they have so much wisdom to share between them as two legends at the top of their game and who gave deserving performances. i hope to see both of them get their moment at the golden globes at the very least before the rest of awards season.

Reverse Warholian Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 Does Aubrey Plaza still have a shot?
Alyssa Edwards Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 Watched Sr.. Cute-ish (i guess) but I hope it doesn't genuinely becomes a thing because this is already overrated as F*CK.
Hector Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 Empire Of Light has a 42% Rotten Tomatoes score so it's safe to say Olivia Colman is OUT of Lead Actress.
hausofdave Posted December 6, 2022 Author Posted December 6, 2022 when Colman pulls an Hillbilly Elegy
Alyssa Edwards Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 She Said is out to watch online. Will be checking it out soon.
kandicha Posted December 6, 2022 Posted December 6, 2022 the Academy loves Colman and, despite the bad reviews, apparently Empire of Light has been getting good reactions in Academy screenings. i would not be surprised at all if Colman sneaks a nomination

She still gives an apparently stellar performance and has Searchlight behind her And it's not like MargNO Robbing getting a pity nom for Babble On is really more appealing
