Can anyone give me some basic pointers to start at the gym? I'd like to transform from twink to twunk. I'm currently 6'1 and 145 pounds.

No pain in shoulders, I am just concern with how my bones makes pop noise during or afterwords when I finish workout.ย

Find gym buddy, socialize in gym if you can to learn/get tips. Or just go, don't wait for a motivation.

I had a gym friend but she moved to another city and Iโ€™m too self conscious to talk to the gym bros especially when they are bigger.

Thinking of starting a cycle of ostarine, starting on Christmas and ending on Valentines.ย  Anyone have experience with this?ย  I have liver support supplements and am planning on taking a mild PCT to finish off the cycle even though most say ostarine doesn't need any.ย  I've been 180lbs for a while now and by February, I'll be at my 2 year anniversary of consistent lifting, I need something to move past my current plateau and this seems like the safest option after all the research I've done.ย ย

I really don't get the appeal of SARMs. Not a lot of research on humans, pricey, often faked and underdosed and with harsh side effects similar to steroids. Might as well use the real thing and get proper results if you're planning on using any PEDsย :michael:

How do some of you guys stay so lean/fit while living the gay lifestyle. Going out, drinking, partying and etc! Do you guys eat anything?ย

Iโ€™m quite lean/tones but struggle with motivation. When I drink go out itโ€™s even worse because I have no energy the next day!

I'm on Sus/Tren.ย  Workout for like 1.5 hours 3x a week.ย  I am "this close" to asking my gym crush if he can spot me.

I am lifting lighter and now I am not feeling pain as much anymore. My twink ass really thought I could lift those heavy weights and not be all in pain.

Both! The lifestyle (partying every weekend) isnโ€™t one that Iโ€™m particularly keen to participate, I do casually like most people Iโ€™d say. Mostly curious how gays online seem to live in the lifestyle very often but somehow have โ€œidealโ€ body types!

1. Genetics, some people are naturally lean or can naturally put on muscle. If not, theyโ€™re usually a number 3.

gin & tonics, vodka (sugar free) redbull, vodka sodas. those are my go to drinks.

i work out monday-saturday, i only party hard saturday, sometimes sundays depending if its a holiday

What time of the day do you work? ย Early is too early and late gym is packed. Iโ€™ve been lagging lately.ย

8a-10a, work 11-8 or i work out afterwards at 8-10.ย

Probably gonna quit drinking like... for good. It's ruining my energy to workout like a mother fucker.ย

Kinda hate the way things are going now for my body but it's my own doing so w/e. I should be back to "normal" in three months.

Got to the point where I can consistently bench 225lbs for 5-8 reps depending on the day.

ย 

Today I'm going to try to go a little above that.ย  My one rep max was 275lbs last year and while I'm sure I'm stronger now, I don't have my workout partner anymore to spot those bigger lifts and I don't want to ask randoms at the gym either :rip:ย
