I tried to seriously do crunches for the first time in my life.

I did 4 sets of 20. The last 6-8 were so painful in each set but it was a kind of rejuvenating and electrifying pain and I'm kinda obsessed:WAP:

I was doing sit-ups until now and after a while I noticed that I was barely feeling any muscle soreness even if I was upping my reps from 20 to 30-40. I was just feeling out of breath and tired overall, but my ab muscles didin't feel "worked on".
