I wish my good discipline for workout was translated to cardio. :skull:Β I take any excuse not to do it even though I enjoy it when I do it

Cardio is actually what I like the most hehe.Β

February was a total waste of a month for me. But my weight is extremely stable which is good so maybe March is my real comeback.Β

Gym is okay. It's not like he's there all the time. I think the managers told him how to talk people into having more sessions with him. But there's not much I can do without moneyΒ :rip:Β As a trainer he is great tho, I know how to do a good workout for all body parts now, even if it's crowded and not everything is free to use

I love working out but jesus ****, I hate that I have to push myself to eat more so I don't lose the muscle gain. I've never been an eater, I barely ate twice a week for years before I started working out again. Cutting out the junk and sugar and whatnot has never been a problem, it's reminding myself to actually eat lol.

What should I add to a smoothie to make it stronger, more intense... fruit ones are ok, but vegetable ones always come out bland in the end, regardless of the ingredients...

tricked my brain into doing my nightly workout routines by placing my laptop infront of the yoga mat, so i can use it inbetween of my 100 push ups, situps and pull ups :jonny:

I was gonna say I relate because I also feel like I'm force feeding myself sometimes but sis... you ate twice a week??? 😭

I'm supposed to gain weight to build muscle, but I don't know what to eat.. I've lost a lot of weight for the last months (as I intended), but now I feel guilty on a psychological level to eat more than my total daily energy expenditure...

I'm currently obsessed with trying every combination of oatmeal possible.. So far I keep it simple with 5 ingredients: mashed fruit + cup of vanilla protein + half a cup of rolled oats + erythritol (like a spoonful) and a teaspoon of cinnamon. I tried honey instead of zero sugar sweetener and while it tastes good I feel like I need to put a ton of it so I'd rather not, and the erythrol has a closer texture to sugar and it feels like I'm getting more volume:deadbanana4:

So far I tried for fruits fresh bananas and microwave heated frozen blueberries. I don't know why, I'm obsessed with trying with kiwis but I feel like it's gonna end up a MESS.

If your abs aren't strong you shouldn't be doing too much to start off with. If during any ab exercise you can feel discomfort in your lower back you should stop. It might be that you can only do 5 crunches before feeling it, but that's fine. Your abs will gradually get stronger and will be able to take more before your lower back tries to take over.

Hey y'all, maybe some of you can relate or can help me. I want to go to the gym SO bad, take care of my health/body, but I'm afraid other people would judge me. I hate this dilemma so much. Can someone help me out?Β

I want to get fit, but not in a muscle type of way, more like a "toned body" (right now I'm naturally thin). What type of exercises/routine do you think is better for that? Oh and I don't want to go to a gym yet, makes me anxiousΒ :clack:Β but I have some dumbbells at home, if that helps lol

train your shoulders and your chest to frame your figure. abs are difficult to have and don't need to be trained as much, just find some basic core exercises. if you have big shoulders and chest you will look amazing even without visible abs.

the social anxiety and fear of judgement are very normal and human feelings, but also... most people really dgaf. everyone is there to do their own workout. if it helps hire a personal trainer for the first few sessions to gain some confidence or go with a friend. once you get into it you'll find out that it's not as scary and daunting as it seems. you've got this!
