I ran cycles in the past - like 6 or so years ago when I had aspirations to go to bodybuilding shows to compete. I still pin, but I just do my own injections for TRT to keep my testosterone from crashing, since I never went through the proper methods of getting off. I have thought about getting into that again, but my consistency in the gym and my diet is not what it used to be so that would be a disaster.

My information is a few years outdated, but I took a sports nutrition course in college and my professor said the only substances with robust medical evidence of effectiveness are caffeine, creatine, and whey protein.

Treadmill has made my back so much stronger. I don't hold the bars when I brisk walk on the treadmill.

if i cycled properly and just did a 12 week cycle, could I realistically gain 20 lbs of muscle and keep it on and never have to run a cycle again?

i just want to look aesthetic, i’m not trying to be yolked gym bro either.

Are you counting your macros? You can lift as hard as you want but if you're not eating correctly you're not going to get bigger.

Not necessarily. The gains you get from steroids aren't all permanent. You can keep a chunk of them (if you maintain strict diet, workout, and sleeping habits) but you're body is going to shrink. To what extent is hard to say because it will vary from person to person.

And honestly if you're not trying to be "yolked gym bro," steroids are most likely unnecessary and you can achieve your body goals by increased discipline with diet, sleep, and exercise.

Diet is probably the big one that people screw up the hardest because we're all really bad at estimating how much we're eating. You must eat the right amount of food to grow (even if you're on steroids!) and if you don't your body is going to plateau. And the only way to know you're eating correctly is to count your macros.

I use Fitatu with AI function to keep track and it’s helping a lot but it shows how hard it is to reach a goal daily. Like today I could be done I guess but I still need about 900 kcal and a lot  of them should be protein alone while I can’t eat more than 17g of fat so sometimes it can be hard to figure that out. Before I had problem with eating too much fat and not reaching protein goal.

As much as I don't care about roids what bugs me a lot is how many videos I keep having on Tiktok, Instagram etc. with super hot guys doing some excersises with incorrect form. Because they obviously had to do it right before since they have so much muscle but why when they are showing it, you can sometimes clearly see how they are not even training the right muscle or just doing some useless bs in general and I can see that when I'm not even that advanced myself (I still work out with a trainer a lot)

I'm somewhat of a beginner but is it just me or is it harder to workout when you're tall? I have really long legs and the other day I was struggling to perform a deadlift correctly (according to my friend, who's also fairly beginning but more advanced than me), it just felt so awkward to do it the way he was telling me to

I’ve used the fitbod app which has been 10 out of 10 for me planning my workouts and challenging me according to my plans. Started by going nighttime cause it was quiet there and it was calmer to learn. Been eating hella food and trying to fulfill daily protein intake since I was very skinny cause of fast metabolism. When I learned how much protein and calories I needed to achieve what I wanted and started to consume that amount I started growing much faster and that's basically the bottom line.

I’ve been going 4-5 times a week to a gym since autumn 2022 and gained ~10kg muscle since then and still very lean as shown in my profile pic. I’ve put a lot of work on myself but also light minded cause I want to keep it enjoyable and not to go to extremes. Nice hobby to have now since I got my friends into it also:foxaylove:

I've been so sick the past week. Have not been to the gym since Jan 27ish and its been messing with my head so much. :chick3:

My fitness journey has been marred so much by body dysmorphia and bad mental health, that I'm thinking of giving up and looking into PEDs :cries2:

This is me now. I've been sick since Sunday with no signs of getting better for now. I feel like **** because I can't work out and I don't have the apetite. It's like I can't make any progress without everything going to ****!

i decided to not have sessions with my personal trainer anymore, it costs too much money. he'll still be making my workout plans though. i don't see massive changes since i started lifting weights twice a week in November, but my ass has grown :rip: i had to buy new trousers. all those squats and leg presses paid off i guess
