I actually don’t remember that one. Sounds like Fergie. How did she have 7 singles from that album and all got airplay :rip:

No wonder this album was gone on Spotify for a decade. I found this on Wikipedia :deadbanana2:

”The rights to the song "Torture" were surrendered, allowing Filipino-American duo Rin on the Rox to re-record the song. The song's pop beat rhythm is similar to the pop beat rhythm of Justin Timberlake's "What Goes Around... Comes Around".[citation needed]

The first notes to the song "Poison" sound like the intro to Croatian pop legend Duško Lokin's 1978 song "Volim Te" ("I Love You").

The melody of the intro and chorus to the song "One Last Time" sounds like Kenny Rogers' 1978 hit "The Gambler".”

I’m surprised Jojo or Fergie didn’t sue.

The album peaked at number 98 on the Canadian Album Chart, becoming the only charting album by Estrada. The album produced two number one singles on Canada Top 40: "Insatiable" for six consecutive weeks[9] and "Unlove You".[10] "Unlove You" also became Estrada's most successful single on the Canadian Billboard Hot 100, reaching the Top 20 spot at number 11

LOL How do you get TWO airplay #1s in an entire country with your album only peaking at #98? I am screaming! :deadbanana2:

Gurl you know they'd only get $100 in royalties even if they took 100% of the profits

The way I still listen to every single one of the songs on the left. Lie to Me is so good. George actually went to highschoool with one of my friends (in Brampton) :skull:

Insane!! Fefe Dobson went to my elementary school (she's 10 years older than me though lol)

Also Elisa's wiki page omg

Estrada has toured with George, Girlicious, Soulja Boy Tell 'Em, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Backstreet Boys, 50 Cent, Nelly, and Sean Kingston

Same! They're so enjoyable in an almost ironic but like also unironic way. I know that makes zero sense but if you get it, you get it lol
