My friends been sending me videos of downtown L.A being flooded with She-hulk ads and billboards. Also tons of commercials and shorts! She plays the role amazingly, and feels like the most relatable character since Peter Parker. Jen not wanting to be a superhero is a nice change of pace for the MCU. as far as negatives, the pacing was so fast. Like they fit a lot into one episode, but I actually enjoy the way the origin went. It’s just felt like the show was on 1.5x speed while watching. Also the CGI is laughable at points. Hulk looked great in his lab, but once they are outside it felt like I was watching a video game cutscene. The beach is probably the nicest set tho. Overall the CGI was fine enough, it just fluctuates a lot. I like Jennifer’s attitude and maturity, and the comedy worked for me. 7/10. Good first episode. Tatiana was born for this role and I enjoyed seeing Bruce again, especially in this teacher/mentor context. CGI is good enough, could be better but it's not at a point where it takes me out of the illusion. I just wish the episode was a little longer, I hate how how Marvel shows' episodes always end when they're getting interesting. End credit scene was hilarious. Hope this series will set up a World War Hulk movie. My only complain is the Titania fight scene...it felt really off. The editing was weird and you can tell a lot of scenes were cut. I just wish it was a little longer, the story did feel kinda rushed. I though the CGI looked great? In no way it takes you out of the emersion or looks plain uncanny.
