denis said he already started writing it! so i think the soonest we can get part 3 is probably 2027.

Florence/Timmy/Zendaya still look a little too doe-eyed for Messiah. It's fine to wait some years.

I managed to score 70mm tickets on my birthday. God is so good.

As much as I want it, I'm also fine with waiting a bit for Messiah. Let him detach from Dune for a year or two, I'd rather not see him burnout on Dune. Better for Denis to do projects when he feels like it. Help the actors age up a bit and release in 2029.

I don't think a big gap between Part 2 and Messiah would affect it, if anything hype would just build.

I'm kind of obsessed with the Bene Gesserit and how their meddling is what cause the catalyst for this whole story :dies:

Lea Seydoux's character had me stunned... now about that baby...  :ohwow:

Don’t forget they have the show on the way too

I mean, I was also expecting Alia to show up, but I also understand the script is so perfect the way it is that they probably thought doing the time jump just to introduce this character wasn't worth it, it also allows them more time to properly introduce her in Messiah.

But when Jessica took the worm **m and Alia opened her eyes GAGGED

More boosts. Domestic has another small uptick to $82.5M (+200k) and officially beats Oppenheimer's debut.

OS has a nice $3M increase in its update, $100M OS debut :katie2:

$182.5M WW debut:alexz:

As China presales continue to impress ($2.1M with 3 days to go), the forecast for the box office run has shot up from $14M, to $20-32M, now to $45-58M. I think it can still go higher too.

Nice little record for Dune Part Two as well, it had the biggest global opening for March of all-time for IMAX. :flame:
