I’m halfway S1 and it’s good, kinda awkward and quirky but entertaining, Quinn (the brother) is so annoying and Sydney Sweenye is so good here at least better than now she did in Euphoria S1.

 

Alexadra Daddario and her jerk bf are ok, I mean there’s high and lows but overall entertaining but from what I understand S2 is better?

Ethan, as fine as he is, got on my nerves BAD this episode. The way he gaslit my girl Aubrey into thinking she was crazy for being upset about the whole thing gave me - as the kids say - the ick. Like...yuck.

 

However, like everyone else here is saying, Albie is a literal god and whew I just need y'all to watch the Magicians cuz not only was it a great show, but he was my daddy Todd and ugh I've loved him ever since. 

 

Portia is trash yes & Daphne and Tanya remain unbothered. I love this weird a** show.

Implications of a young, attractive and fit man hanging around with a bunch of old gay men on holiday aside, it makes sense that Albie and Portia’s experiences are parallel. Both are unknowingly being played by sex workers.

Yeah Portia is the pits. I don't think Hayley is a bad actress by any means but I really don't like the choices she's making from a performance standpoint. Obviously she's meant to be insufferable to a certain degree, but so are most of the characters. The difference is just about everyone else in the cast is finding moments of nuance and I feel like Hayley's interpretation is quite reductive. Maybe it's just me. I don't hate her performance, I just don't think it's nearly as layered as some of the others.

 

The way I go into a full blown bi-panic every time Albie and Lucia have a scene together god they are both so hot I just 

Also, can we talk about Meghann knocking it out of the park?! This is the first project I've seen her in, and she understands the assignment in every scene
