rta1913 Posted April 27, 2022 Share Posted April 27, 2022 Haven’t finished it and not sure if i will. It’s horrible. Season 4 was bad too but this takes the cake. All the storylines are messy just for the sake of being messy. I don’t love any of the characters. They made a great job of making the remaining decent characters (Rebe, Caye) so bland. The thing with the heavily rotated cast it was always going to be very loosely connected but still they could have tried harder to have a coherent plot beyond weak persecution of the death from LAST season. The Bilal plot was especially pointless and unprofessional. Best lines were Benjamin calling Patrick a narcissist and Rebe slapping Samu with the truth tbh. Only Cayetana had some kind of character development and the Ibiza girl was obnoxious until the last two episodes where her character became more interesting. Are we not going to be told whether Patrick’s ass or Ari’s ***** is better? We really had Omar pushing Ari off of Samuel even though Omar was a dick to Samuel the entire season. The ****. Omar fixed his uni brow which is good. But Omar choose a thief over his best friend, got left by Patrick and this was never addressed, told Samuel having his computer stolen was not a big deal, invited someone to stay in a house he doesnt own without talking to the owner, refused to rebury the body (which is what ultimately led to Samuel getting hurt), went on a power trip with his job, voted for Samuel to be expelled from school, and this is just starting list of Omar hate (when i used to love him) and he gets to survive to next season? Da fuq. Cayetana the only character having growth and growing into her own person. We love to see it. Patric x Ivan sex scene was it. Samuel x Ivan kissing scene was it too.
