I saw it in the cinema couple of months of ago and it was a real emotional rollercoaster

It was exciting, very funny and sad at the same time I cried at the end at the husbands monologue

Everything was perfect acting, cinematography, pacing, story

A24 makes film masterpieces for sure

I'm going to have to re-watch this, because the sci-fi/action elements didn't click for me at all on first viewing, idk why 

 

It was the non-action parts that worked so well, lots of memorable emotional moments, there's a scene towards the end that actually got me teary-eyed. It almost felt like it was supposed to be a family drama, then the fights/sci-fi parts were tacked on, idk.

 

A+ for all the actors though, everyone did an amazing job. Michelle has been deservedly getting all the praise, but the actor that plays her husband too>>>>>

$3.15M, -6% in the 7th weekend of wide release in the US/Canada. Still making money at a brisk pace. $60M domestic will happen. Overseas gross up to over $12M.

 

UK saw a 20% INCREASE in its 2nd weekend (even after enjoying one of the top 30 biggest indie film openings of all-time there). It still is barely playing in many overseas markets. I wonder how many more places it can get distributed. I want $100M WW.
