I don't get why people want Sutton off RHOBH. She's one of two people saying things that actually drives conversation on this show. If you remove her from the equation these past few seasons outside of Garcelle we'd just have people nodding along to the foolishness going on and pretending everything is okay.

Now Kenya be fr.. How were you this scared for your life but you then decided to make the situation worse by sharing explicit photos of that girl at your spa :rip:

To me, It's less about being afraid for her life and more about what HR/the producers are normalizing. once HR/employers excuse someone threatening to shoot you on camera TWICE — all bets are off.

this is a fireable offense in practically every industry. A newcomer would've never been able to pull this on Salt Lake or RHOBH or any other white franchise.

If Lisa Barlow or Kyle Richards were threatened to be shot, Britt would've been escorted off the set. And not allowed back to film. So the different standard for Black HWs versus white strikes again.

it reminds me of Erika saying she wish Garcelle was more interesting when in reality a black woman could never get away with her storyline on BH. There's a reason someone like her and Boz were selected.

Imagine Garcelle/Boz struggling to balance alcohol and pills and cussing out their white cast members kids. And then laughing about it.

so she's LITERALLY a porn star and Kenya got fired for showing her work?! :deadbanana:

This is so baffling #JusticeForKenya

yea … i've seen enough. i haven't been watching Atlanta this season (was gonna dive in after i have like half the season to binge) but this girl was running around …. with Stevie J ?????? :skull: she belongs on Love and Hip Hop, not Real Housewives. i didn't like Kenya for the longest time but she changed a lot after she had her daughter. i love that her and Porsha made up, and love her OR hate her, her presence on Atlanta is necessary to keep the show moving and entertaining. they benched Kenya for THIS woman ?????? Bravo has made a lot of egregious mistakes in their past but this …

OMG this looks low budget AF, too.

So she wasn't even classy about it.

You KNOW it's bad when the GP is siding with the villain more than a new girl who they don't know enough to hate on yet.

Wait, how the F did this adult entertainer for cheap even get in position to even be considered.

Is she dating someone at the top?

Garcelle YET. AGAIN. saying "I don't know" when confronted about her own words :bibliahh:you cant make this $h!t up, and then she tries to shut it down and say she's not gonna talk about it anymore. THAT'S YA'LL'S QUEEN ??? someone that can have their ass handed to them so swiftly by DORIT of all people ?!?! then sighing and basically admitting that she thought it was PK and asking for the other ladies to speak up if they felt the same only to be met with …. crickets :bibliahh:

sorry you can never convince me she wasnt an awful housewife. stand 👏 by 👏what 👏 you 👏 say 👏 .. if you can't do that, if she can't actually defend her words without throwing a hissy fit and walking away when she gets pushback then why are you on reality TV ????

I think if it's true she used a pic of Brit sucking D then she should be fired as it's revenge porn, but I think threatening someone with guns is also a fireable offence, like they both should've been let go if that was the case.

Well Kenya being fired for conduct issues is one thing but revenge p is not what occurred. These photos were publicly available because Brit is a former adult entertainer and hip hop groupie.

if they were private intimate photos meant to remain private then it'd be revenge p.

the problem is that Brit and Kenya should have been suspended.

Bravo backed Brit's denials about gun violence.

that was a lie and the reason why Kenya has claimed vindication is because she forced their hand behind the scenes to show the footage.

Normally it wouldn't matter but she said to Porsha that Brit talked about a firearm.

so Porsha would have to cross Kenya and claimed that conversation never happened.

The issue for Kenya is that production didn't do anything about Brit's actions.

we know we couldn't say what Brit said at our workplace or do what Kenya did and keep a job.

Kenya saw production and bravo not holding Brit accountable and went out with a bang.

I guess…

had it been me I would have pulled her over insurance scam first and then at the finale pull that stunt so that it would at least benefit Bravo with ratings and the question would be should Kenya comeback for season 17? And depending on her reunion performance that would determine the future.

A bigger thing for me is why did production allow this to be released. It was literally ONE scene that was two years delayed and went nowhere.

No one even brought it back to the group.

the only thing I can think of is that production WANTED to expose Garcelle and they played the first half of the season show her shady confessionals about Dorit without a current issue and then this scene implying PKs involvement in the robbery and then afterwards it's all about Kyle being a lesbian and Sutton not backing her.

This seems like a setup tbh and I'm not the biggest fan of Garcelle.

I did not expect to like RHOA this much again, the episodes fly by.

However I don't think the show can survive without Kenya. She really is that girl, and you need more of them. Porsha is not enough.

The problem with RHOBH is that they have a image protect. Even when one of them says something shady in their confessional they backtrack the moment they are confronted

Garcelle could have just said "well your husband owes millions so it's not that far-fetched" who cares if it's a low blow. This is housewives!

They need someone like Brandi, who dgaf about her imagine outside the show. I still remember when she said that Taylor rushed to write a book to capitalize on Russel's suicide  wrong but she owned it, didn't have to apologize and shut the conversation down.

Exactly. They don't need someone like Brandi though, she's awful. They need people like Lisa Barlow, Angie K and Mary Cosby.

I don't understand how Bravo came to this conclusion one bit. A phony investigation me thinks. How are you going to air those threatening comments and not reprimand Brit? It doesn't excuse Kenya's behavior but I get why she did what she did.

We'll have to see how Phaedra's presence changes the dynamic at all.

This seems like a setup tbh and I'm not the biggest fan of Garcelle.

there was no set up :skull: she chose to say that at the beginning of the season when they already addressed it at the season 13 reunion. and the two notable things with that is at the s13 reunion she almost verbatim said everything she said last night ("i'm sorry if i hurt you with what i felt", "was i the only one that felt this way?", "i don't think you knew") and that when she made those comments this season she only conveyed them to her sounding board Sutton. if she had said that in front of Kyle or Erika or Boz, they would have immediately told Dorit and it would have been another storyline throughout the actual course of the season .. that's why it makes sense for production to include it. i mean if they have any opportunity to juice a confrontation out at the reunion, they're gonna take it and it's not like production could have brought that comment up to dorit during the course of filming bc that'd be them overproducing.

and listen, i solely enjoy Dorit in the context of she show and that she's been very activated this season and good at holding her own in conflict. her political views and the fact that she's projecting an image of wealth she likely doesn't have anymore .. i think she's a $h!t person in her day to day life. and i think it's ok for people to feel like the robbery was shady !!! it was, and a majority of the fan base feels that way ! what continues to not be okay is that Garcelle for all her bark never has any bite when it's time for her to explain and own up to the things she said. she retreats, and at two separate reunions now has just said "well that's how i feel" … we all know what she's implying bc it's the most popular fan theory about the robbery: PK orchestrated it as an insurance scam bc he was in debt. so she's either scared of getting sued for outright saying what she's dancing around or just doesn't wanna rock the boat too much and end up looking like the bad guy in the group but either way it finally backfired on her at this reunion, and when she was in the hot seat for ONCE she chose to walk away from the show :skull: pathetic tbh

ding ding ding ding ding !!!! and u know Garcelle actually feels this way and has never liked Dorit so what's the point in mincing your words when you never plan or have any desire to be friends with that woman ! yet it always ends up being the fans saying what Garcelle SHOULD HAVE said instead of Garcelle actually saying anything confrontational , in the moment , herself. and sidebar i was really happy that Kyle jumped in last night to say "well who else would it be" (in reference to Garcelle saying "SoMeOnE" had something to do with the robbery .. wow Garcelle very profound) .. Kyle lowkey gave her a window to be real , and instead we yet again got the classic "i don't know" from her :toofunny3:

and to ur point about Brandi she DID almost get sued by Adrienne but stuck it out, stood her ground, and weathered the storm as a result of her words. and we were eating that season bc of it !! like if ur not willing to get in the gutter when what you're alleging is gutter-adjacent then ur just a weak, tepid person. not compelling for reality tv, sorry!

She is my favorite housewive ever, however she is not a girl that carry the show. Also as of lately she does not want to get her hands dirty.

I also read somewhere she is only there for the last two episodes...

Garcelle will be missed. She's had some frustrating moments, especially when it comes to being a confessional gangster instead of just clapping back in the moment. I can forgive this because most housewives have said things in their confessionals or behind people's backs that they wouldn't outright say to their face. Erika in particular is such an easy person to drag, so idk why Garcelle doesn't just go all the way there with her.

However, she always felt like one of the more authentic additions that we've had to RHOBH in a while. She actually knew a lot of these women prior to joining the show and had been in the business for a long time. On top of this, I think she's actually built genuine relationships and has had genuine conflicts with people. Her conflicts were her own and weren't always based on Sutton.

Compare this to Boz who I do feel is allowing herself to be led by Dorit. I don't even think Dorit is actively trying to influence her either. It's just that for whatever reason she has a blind loyalty to Dorit and that is hindering her ability to make genuine connections with any of the other girls. She is doing everything that Garcelle was accused of with Sutton. Except with Garcelle, she was actually there the whole time to see how the ladies treated Sutton considering they joined in the same season. Whereas, Boz had pre-conceived notions of a lot of the girls and then with the rest it seems she was just basing her opinion off of who Dorit is cool or not cool with. She looked so foolish when Kyle gave all of these instances where she was kind and welcoming to Boz, but then she conveniently forgot about those moments. Her defense is that nothing Kyle says is memorable. Like girl, you obviously just don't like her and weren't ever planning on giving her a chance to change your mind. This is coming from someone who doesn't even care for Kyle.

Also, I literally skip any of Boz's scenes with her family or her BF. So boring. She gives good reactions and looks, that's pretty much it.

i genuinely don't understand how people feel this way but it's obvious that they do if Twitter is anything to go off of. i don't see how Boz gravitating towards Dorit is any different than what Garcelle did to Sutton. i don't believe that Garcelle came into the show completely blind and didn't have her own preconceived notions about some of the ladies she was meeting for the first time like Kyle, Dorit and Erika. and everything ur describing with Boz vs Kyle … Garcelle absolutely did the EXACT same thing to Kyle on her first season :skull: she manufactured a feud when Kyle was nothing but welcoming to her all bc Kyle and Denise had problems in season 10

i'm white so i can't speak with any authority on the racial component of it, but i do find it interesting that Boz is getting whacked online for which side of the couch she found herself on by the end of the season. Garcelle was able to unwaveringly cozy up to Sutton, who had her own storyline about whether something she said had racist undertones despite her intentions, but it's a problem for Boz to be friends with Dorit bc the fans have deemed her problematic, and Boz was expected to side with Sutton and Garcelle immediately ?? is that not denying a black woman her own agency and ability to make decisions for herself ? Garcelle sat there silent when Sutton called Boz "angry" in the after show when just last season she went after Dorit for a microaggression by using the word "attack", which is much more commonly used by every woman in the group when they're describing their conflicts. why should Boz feel any need to stick up for Garcelle when Garcelle didn't do the same for her?

i think that at the end of the day it boils down to that by season 10 , the majority of the fan base did not like Kyle, Rinna, and Dorit mainly and Erika not long after. so the fans were on Denise's side when she was in the hot seat, even when she was clearly lying about her involvement with Brandi. Garcelle and Sutton came in whacking people like Teddi who they were probably aware the fan base HATED, so that garnered them some goodwill as well as defending Denise. then they acted as the foils to Erika's storyline when it became her turn to be hated and they stood by Kathy and covered for her when it was her vs Rinna/Erika (as if Kathy definitely didn't say all that :skull:) Annemarie was an easy win for their lil team cuz she came on so unlikable and so intent on coming for Sutton, who really cares that they were so easily able to handle her transphobic ass.

Garcelle and Sutton care much, MUCH more about appeasing the fan base than any other ladies that have ever been on the cast, save Brandi perhaps … but the way Brandi went about appeasing the fan base was much more entertaining cuz she was actually able to go toe to toe with any and everyone without crying and running away. i'm saying all of this bc i'd like more clarity tbh, i don't know how it's not more obvious to people that Garcelle and Sutton act as extensions of the fan base but i guess everyone sees things differently.

Idk about anybody else but I feel this way because of what I already explained. Garcelle and Sutton joined the show the same season and didn't bond with each other until midway through that season. Garcelle still had Denise at the time so it's not like she needed to befriend Sutton. Their friendship seemed to blossom organically over time. Garcelle was there from the beginning to see how Sutton's dynamic with the other girl's played out, so whenever she would defend Sutton, right or wrong, it's more justified than what Boz is doing. Boz and Dorit became fast friends, which is fine, but Boz never seems to take into consideration that these girls have history that she was not there for. She herself said that she realizes that there's history that she is not aware of, but she still does it anyway. Like Kyle said, her actions do not match her words. To automatically defend Dorit and speak on her behalf when she doesn't know all the details is annoying. It's annoying when someone does it IRL and it's annoying watching it on housewives.  The way she is going about things is dumb because she's only building a significant relationship with Dorit. If Dorit gets fired, what is Boz's position on the show then? The answer is she doesn't even need to be on the show because she has a super successful, established career behind the scenes. I think that is a more fitting career for her because as I said, she is boring.

The "fox force five" are the ones that chose to push Garcelle and Sutton out on their own island, so even when they are in the wrong, I will still remain on their side. Boz and Dorit's friendship doesn't have that sort of context to it.

Idk why you keep bringing up the fact that Dorit is a zionist and a Trump supporter. Seems you have an internal struggle that keeps jumping out, but that is more a you issue, qurl. You're comparing apples to oranges by trying to shift the focus to something dumb Sutton said like 4 seasons ago.
