Garcelle, you will be missed! She was always a voice of reason, even from her first season, siding with Denise over the other women, and her Teddi shading will always be iconic 1

Dorit always has one foot on the banana peel and she got first chair so maybe that and the divorce will give her a couple more seasons…Phaedra might be the only one to have first season and get fired right after.

Having your husband get caught stealing money and then losing his memory doesn't make YOU interesting Erika. I like Garcelle but I'm not delusional about her time on the show. There was time when she instigated conflict and I'm like okay yes.. yes.. where is this going? Nothing really great ends up coming from it cause she doesn't follow through with it all the way like a great reality star would. I think at best she would do great in a Cynthia Bailey type role but I'm not upset with her leaving cause I don't think she had any moments that made me be like damn that was good wish she was staying. Ultimately I need women on the show who are not afraid to speak up and really go there with this cast. Kyle, Erika, Dorit are all such EASY reads and I need someone who can really make them feel like their working for that 6 figure check.
