I think in the way I read it I thought she was speaking about it all goes back to Kyle/Kathy/Kim's mom but I think you're right that she was talking about the Paris comments of saying racist stuff and it all goes back to Kathy.

Dina almost died in a home invasion and Caroline and Dolores both wrote letters of support for her ex-husband when he got charged with organizing the crime.

 

We've had legal troubles on the shows before but I think this cast would be the first where someone gets straight up killed and gets the whole franchise canceled
