Gives us a dream team of Kyle, Kim, Brandi, Camille (as friend of), Denise, Crystal, Sutton, Dorit, and Garcelle. The main drama will be Kyle vs. Kim, Brandi vs. Kim, and Denise vs. Brandi, but keep it light. No huge scandals. After the ladies iron out some leftover arguments in the first half of the season, just have it be all lifestyle porn and them actually having fun/ being funny again! Just thinking about Erika and Rinna’s darkness being gone from the show makes me feel like a huge weight is off my chest

we need more than Denise. We need Brandi or Camille. Both would work for their checks. Denise would not…. I don’t think at least. Unless something really changed in her in her time away.

I wasn’t very entertained by this episode tbh. I guess it’s been over a year since the Kathy drama has started, and it feels so over saturated especially in the last two weeks. And there was literally no resolution 

 

I believe Rinna that Kathy was very angry but where Rinna looses is saying she was abused amongst other things. If she played it better she would of come out of this season a lot better. How can they come for Crystal for using the word violated but Rinna for the over exaggerations for everything? 

 

Also Erika saying F*g on camera was a bit odd… yes some of you say you wouldn’t care if Kathy called you a F*g ( and I use the word quite liberally with my friends) but if a straight man called you that I’m sure it would be a different story, so let’s not normalise it sisterns  

 

Kyle needs to get a backbone FR. She literally just sat there and cried for two hours

I'm surprised that this isn't getting more attention. She had no problem repeating it instead of just saying "a homophobic slur." 

 

Kathy most definitely threw a tantrum but certainly not to the extent Lisa and Erika are making it out to be. If Erika was the only one who heard it how come the story was out months before the season aired yet Erika claims she didn't leak it and is supposedly not a liar. There are some inconsistencies in their stories which don't add up. I guess we'll never find out if Kathy truly said it or not but Lisa and Erika have zero credibility.

 

Kyle is literally the worst sister ever. Kathy is being called the devil and what not and she's just sitting there quiet as a mouse crying for no reason.

that sounds kinda awful. the beverly hills cast has never been funny (or even fun) like atlanta, potomac, or new york. and there were truly 4 or 5 seasons in a row that were just insanely boring and forgettable until the erika legal stuff brought life back to the show last season. i'm all for firing rinna but the show thrives on bleak heavy drama (kim's alcoholism, the insane dynamics between kyle and kim and kathy, taylor/russell, adrienne's surrogacy ~secret, brandi's unhinged vendettas, erika's downfall, etc.).

This. Beverly Hills is the most “soap opera” of the franchises. Also that’s nothing to do with Rinna as the first season kicked off with that.

 

I don’t know where they go from here but I do think either Rinna or Erika need to go for the show to continue to evolve dramatically.

Literally the only dark people left on the show are Rinna and Erika. No one is viciously attacking ppl the way they are. Well, Diana is dark as well but to me she is a shoe in to be fired. You could say Crystal’s ED story is “dark,” but to me it’s more sad and real but she doesn’t bring everyone down constantly and it’s not like she’s being secretive about it like Kim’s alcoholism. She’s open about it 

 

and I moreso mentioned Rinna needing to be fired bc ppl have been fired or “put on pause” (Dorinda, Brandi after getting too volatile season 5, Kelly Dodd, Jennie from SLC, Phaedra) for doing much less than Rinna did her FIRST SEASON. She came out the gate assaulting another cast member. By now, with everything she’s done since (especially in the past year) she deserves to go. And Erika too for saying the f slur on camera. It’s not appropriate at all and she should be cancelled. The context doesn’t matter, she shouldn’t use that word. Period. (Imo Marlo should never have come back to the show after saying it either)

Yeah I haven’t seen enough on this. She was a little TOO comfortable with how that rolled off her tongue. It’s a slur, no matter which way you cut it or slice it. And I didn’t see kathy say it (apparently no one did) but I DID SEE Erika say it. How are you going to be like “omg kathy said this horrible slur” and then repeat it on camera with your whole chest

Rinna knows how to play her cards and always has. She turned the heat up to high in the last inning and backed off at the most opportune time (Part 3 of the reunion) which absolves herself of having a hand in creating the drama between Kyle and Kathy. 

 

RE: The f*g comment. It's crappy if Kathy said it (which seems plausible tbh). But Erika saying it out loud is crappy too. She doesn't actually care about Kathy saying that. We all know Erika and Rinna were beside themselves when they realized they could expose Kathy's Aspen outburst to A) deflect from Erika's storyline and B) as Kathy so eloquently put it, give Rinna security in returning next season bc we ALL know her storylines were dried up before she used Kathy to her advantage.

 

It's annoying bc sometimes I think Erika and/or Rinna are needed as the villains but they are both truly conniving and sociopathic. Sometimes to the point where I really want them off my screen. Erika's stone face the entire reunion is just... creepy. She confirmed to us once again she has absolutely no empathy. She can't even lie and act like she does to look good! She'll die on that hill all bc of her incredibly inflated ego.

 

Lastly, Kathy is just like any other housewife: rich, entitled, rude, but also lovable, goofy, clever, and IMO she's allowed to have a moment of anger. She's allowed to b!tch the cast out if she wants. Who the tf hasn't on this show?

Well for me it’s about intent. Before she recounted the story she took a minute to think about how she was gonna say it, and had clearly thought hard about it. Kathy said it in a hateful way to attack a DJ that didn’t take a request, whereas Erika repeated it to expose her. Erika has said and done some awful things, but she’s definitely not a homophobe.

Exactly. She needs to be held accountable for saying it. We have the footage of Erika saying it, but none of Kathy. I bet Erika thinks she can say it because she believes she's a "Gay Icon". Nobody claims her as one except for the gays that she pays to hang around her. I bet if they weren't getting pay cheques they'd hit the road faster than Rinna deletes instagram stories.

She didn't think hard enough. But she has zero brain cells, so she probably didn't think that hard. It rolled off her tongue too comfortably, It's probably in her everyday vocabulary.

I really feel like next season will be one of those where they all just talk about Kathy even though she isn't on the show. That's why I think they need to revamp the cast and fire Erika, Rinna and Dorit. They're just going to continually bring her up for absolutely no reason and imo it will be quite pathetic of them to do so.

Watching RHONY Season 13 for the first time and wow. This is a train wreck. I totally get the backlash.

Eboni is the worst choice for a housewife, she just doesn't have the material for it. She is overly preachy and comes off as condescending and Leah just eating her ass every episode. Ramona is annoying as usual, Lu lost her pizazz. Sonja is the only one doing it for me. This is gonna be hard to get through
