It's about Jason's mother so no one cares. We want THE icon himself.

Friday the 13th and A Nightmare on Elm Street should release while this horror poptimism is going off. Those IPs have been dead in the water since the early 2010's.

Bruh enough. Please come up with something else. I am sick of remakes, reboots and requels. Literally create new content. I'm begging at this point.

He literally wouldn't even be a thing if it wasn't for his actual mother. Typical white cis men building off the backs of women. His dumbass deserved to drown and be left for dead.

The only film I can think of that sounds similar is The Ritual but I don’t recall a psychic / medium in it.

No, it's not this one either, although I will check it out because it looks interesting lol.

Still, haven't found that movie :/

I am, but hopefully it warrants second watch in my book ( unlike Krampus ).

The Exorcist: Believer is supposed to set up a new trilogy? You know this thing is going to be awful.

His mother stays headless and dead while SLAYson keeps coming back, serving a pop music comeback. :hippo:

100% agree, but unfortunately big studios are too scared to take risks anymore, so we're stuck in repeating IP-hell :toofunny2:

Yeah I hope she is either the iconic opening kill, has a great epic death chase scene or is the final girl.

This looks so good!

Slasher movies will always be my favourite sub-genre of horror. If this comes to UK cinemas, I’ll have to go and see it. :gaycat:
