Yes you are talking about jobless reincarnation. The anime would be mainstream and probably talked about more of the MC wasn’t such a revolting piece of ****. 
 

People who watch are either silent enjoyers of the overall show who don’t like the MC at all or they are defenders of the MC. That’s pretty much the controversy with that show.

I loveeeeee Kakegurui. Personally I put it in the category of camp wacky shows like Food Wars and Jojo’s Bizarre Adventures. There aren’t many shows that operate like them, where it’s so silly yet serious that it’s just fun to watch.

I tried giving Jobless Reincarnation a go but it's so f*cking boring and the annoying MC doesn't help the case either

maybe isekais are just not my cup of tea

very sad because the animation is top tier

 

Kakegurui was really fun but the recent spinoff that came out a few months ago was very mid

Coupling Party was the only interesting game

I heard so much good stuff about Bleach recently and it's the only Big 3 anime I haven't watched yet but the new season has just started coming out and it's going to have 4(?) cours with 50 something episodes in addition to 366 episodes that were released earlier

I'd rather wait for some time to binge watch it all together instead of catching up, reading the manga and waiting for the anime - I'm too lazy and impatient 

 

the only long-running manga/animes where I'm fully ready to catch up with the manga and patiently wait for the anime is Jojo and One Piece

Yawach hoed him to oblivion. Captain Yamamoto is like Avatar Roku from ATLA. Good intentions, powerful, but ultimately FAILED as a leader by making totally preventable situations become calamities due to complacency in “peace” time.

I agree. It's hard to keep up with the quality of the manga, but then again it looks like shows such as Mob Psycho are getting all the budget and attention. 

 

Nevertheless, I genuinely teared up a bit while watching this episode.
