How is this a cultural phenomenon Considering that you liked Enchan-flop (or at least finished watching it), I can assure you that 2bros2gether makes a lot more sense (when comparing like-for-like fluffy light-hearted university-themed dramas). The drop in quality in the final 2 episodes of Season 1 was definitely a lot smaller than what we saw in Enchante's final 2 episodes. His mom saw him on top of Tine and she was like pretending to ignore that, while hoping that Sarawat would eventually get a girlfriend. I think another bad part of 2bros2gether is that we never see Sarawat's mom again after this, so we do not know whether she truly accepts Sarawat for being gay. Spoiler Another terrible thing about 2gether... Tine's parents do not appear until the movie version (at Tine and Sarawat's graduation several years later), and oddly enough, it is their first time meeting Sarawat.
