"Nong" Natchukorn Maikan played the father of Kanghan (Perth) in Dangerous Romance. He's such a fine daddy. 

 

In Never Let Me Go, Perth (as Chopper) also had a really hot daddy, i.e. Nat Sakdatorn. Ugh, Perth is just so lucky to be paired with these attractive daddy figures. If only there were more daddy/son hugging scenes though.

For me, it was Machida Keita in Alice In Borderland. I did not even recognize him until I went to read the Wikipedia article for Season 1. His Season 2 appearance looked more like how he looked in Cherry Magic.

(Half) Dangerous Romance and its disappointing writing has come to an end, but at least we got escort roleplay. But I am honestly intrigued by PapangPepper and ViewJune. In my mind, their respective characters are not straight. Maybe there will be some OurSkyy3 episodes next year or the year after with them. 

 

I am 30% sure that DR is used as a test balloon for a possible PapangPepper ship. It is interesting that Pepper (who's dating Lookjun I think) has played 2 queer roles but has not kissed anyone on screen.

 

Adding on to what some netizens elsewhere have said, Nong x Papang x Pepper would have been a hot throuple.

Based on how it’s spelled in Hangul, it’s Hyeok. I guess Hyuk would be the romanticized version (or how it’s spelled out in English).

However, voting for the HOF induction list is still open for a few more days, due to the low number of votes. If the number of votes received is still low, all votes sent will still be tallied, but I will announce more details regarding a simplified second round of voting.

I will first announce some of the cute less important fact, figures and statistics, before announcing the actual top 50 later tonight (my time zone) and over the next few days.

 

Well, this year's BL King rate is held about 4-5 months later than normal, and timing is always key. If BL King had been held in the middle of the year, some of these actors would not have even been eligible and some would have been higher/lower. 

 

Judging from this year's results, the signal that our 11 voters have sent this year was "out with the old, in with the new". Only a mere 13 actors from last year's top 40 have managed to stay within this year's top 50, and a further 10 within this year's top 75 (the cutoff for this year's bubbling under). 

 

This year's #1 and #2 are somewhat of a surprise, I must say. They are, of course, popular among our members, but I would have expected them to have placed outside of the top 5, tbqh.

 

To no one's surprise, for the 4th year in a row, the actor at #1 is from Thailand , but let's see whether this guys is from GMMTV or from its sister company One31, or from another studio. The highest-placed non-Thai actor is from a show that I don't see you guys rave about (from my memory), so that is a true shocker.

First of all, let's look at a bunch of high profile actors who have scored 0 points this year.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh woops, the too-close-to-be-just-bros duo of MewTul have unfortunately scored 0 points each. Now, Mew isn't exactly popular with ATRLers these days, so it's not a surprise that he continues to be panned and scores 0 points for the 2nd straight year. However, Tul Pakorn (sometimes known as Tyler in the west) was just inducted into the HOF last year and placed #16 last year, so it's quite a shocker to see him crash out just like that. Seems like ATRLers weren't fond of his new alleged relationship, or perhaps forgot about him as soon as he decided to retire from acting to focus on his family-run real estate developer business.

Despite a sterling performance in The Warp Effect (where he kissed Fluke Pussyt) and making up with his ex, Tay Tawan... I mean, ex-best friend, Newwie continues to be missing from the chart. In fact, he is the only person from the original 3 pillars of GMMTV to not even make it to the bubbling under part of the ranking. Let's hope that his appearances in Cherryphobic Thailand and Peaceful Property, slated to both debut in the next 8 months, will boost him in next year's chart.
