This is a divisive movie by design, no one cares if audiences won´t praise it, a lot of directors do movies with awful CinemaScore grades and they´re still working 

 

Beau is well received by critics even with the divisive aspect of it, 75% with 7.0 average and 70 on metacritic is in line with a lot of blockbusters perceived as acclaimed, that´s what matter for his career [the fact that names like Scorsese is showing support for the movie also helps]

 

She is wrong like everytime she says anything about movies outside the blockbuster world
