Would have been fine with any of the top 3 winning but Nymphia fairly won the finale. Plane was plain (no pun intended), Saphira flopped the LSFTC and Nymphia served in every way. I think Plane and Saph are more well-rounded for sure but Nymphia just has that x-factor.

The earliest I could see it happening would be AS11. Idk if GSA will be a yearly series or not though. I'd heard rumors of it being every other year (kind of like the Olympics) and quite frankly them taking a year off from All Stars to give us a season of girls who have already won would help to up the pool of girls a bit.
