I mean, not to defend Tina Burner too much, but one of the main nicknames for Katniss is The Girl On Fire, and the second book is called “Catching Fire”

Trinity is great for drag race and she is one of the most polished queens out there, but when it comes to all facets of her drag/performance its all very one note. Her looks, lip syncs, comedy/acting style. She basically showed us everything she had in her arsenal in season 9, she just has a slightly bigger budget now.

Oh mess. Poor Shannel, but at the same time… she really should be aware of the optics of this  

 

Like, it definitely shouldn’t be her burden to try and tip toe around conservatives while drag queens are under intense scrutiny, but at the same time it’s kind of an expected response given the political climate we’re in at the moment. Hoping that this blows over soon and she comes out unscathed.
