I was watching the episode again and now I finally understand why I don't enjoy Sapphira's performing.

I can understand why they didn't want to crown Jane because she brought in the ratings each episode so she is perfect for an All Stars season. And I have a feeling a certain bitter drag queen will appear next to her in a future AS season.

Overall it was a great season! Probably even better then S15. I think every queen got their moment more or less

Unrelated to S16 but I just wanna make sure I understand how the queens are paid. 
 

So for the regular seasons, they get paid a day rate which is the amount of days they film

They also get paid for the days they are sequestered + travel days, which I suppose is different from the day rate

- Prize money during the season


For All Stars they get an appearance fee instead of day rate (as I suppose they have a caché at that point)

I heard they get money for runways

And the prize money

 

The situation is much better for them than it used to be that's for sure. Surprised more queens don't wanna go back

10th post about how Nymphia's lipsync wasn't impressive but nothing on Sapphira delivering her 4th mediocre lipsync of the season, with a fangs storyline that didn't make sense, a Tayce reveal by revealing to the same dress, and an ugly wig reveal that no one knew happened at first cause eyes were on Nymphia. 

 

Oh, and can't forget the Whoppers looking breastplate. Yeah.. we should have crowned Sapphira for that. We really should have.
