I never signed up for this game and now I’m in the discord channel with weird ppl and I don’t know what to do

Drinking cola and energy drinks is causing me major anxiety like one hour later up to when I wake up in the morning. I used to drink them like daily water IDK what happened this year. I was not aware of it but after facing the same consequences time and time again, I just had to find out that this is not a coincidence.  I understand the energy drinks, but cola really surprised me.
