So right now there are more people working than before the pandemic when America was having very strong economic indicators and Trump was very likely to win the re-election because of it, but inflation (which it's a WW issue) is so high now that people are going to vote against the ruling party because of it lol.

 

The fact that the economy is in 90% of cases independent from politics and yet it's what voters have in mind when they go to vote is WILD

If, as a press sec, you are incapable of answering basic questions without stammering and burying your nose in a binder, you are not qualified for the job no matter whether how good the school you graduated from looks on a résumé.

 

If, as a Vice President (let alone a politician), you can’t sit through an entire interview without diverting into an incoherent word salad because you have no substantive answers to give to your interviewer’s questions, you are not qualified for the job.

 

And for the record, I didn’t say KJP hid behind her identity as a shield. I said she COULDN’T do that to hide from criticism because no public figure should. I get you just want me to look worse in an attempt to get me banned for ZTP, but don’t mischaracterize what I said.

Yes, don’t you know? it’s “Trumpian” to criticize a VP for word salad interview responses when that was something Trump himself was also known to give. And his stans made excuses for that every single time! Even that mess of a run-on sentence where he talked about nuclear power.

People aren’t logical when it comes to anything (COVID and the response to it really opened my eyes to that + true human behavior/nature like never before) 

 

People don’t care that inflation is a global issue, they care that everything is so expensive compared to before. It’s that simple. 
 

The right has also done a great job at amplifying issues like crime, trans issues, schools/closures, masks, etc…things that really only affected big cities that vote heavily blue, and stirred up everyone in the country about it.
